For example, when some LGBTQ+ couples separate or divorce, courts have granted custody only to the biological parent. Securing your rights and preparing early is always in your best interest. We recommend that both parties appear on the birth certificate and that the non-biological parent formally adopt the child.

Reproductive Agreements
