Rossali Kiani Iris Hernandez is an attorney at Hera Law, where she brings a strong background in family law and a commitment to helping clients navigate challenging legal matters with empathy and understanding. Kiani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Asian and Asian American Studies, with a minor in Spanish Studies, from Stony Brook University. During her time at Stony Brook, she also served as a Korean language teaching assistant and spent time teaching in Korea, deepening her passion for cross-cultural communication and international experiences.

After completing her undergraduate studies, Kiani pursued her Juris Doctorate at New England Law Boston. During law school, she gained valuable experience through internships at an immigration firm in New York, at Greater Boston Legal Services in the Elder Law Unit, and as a paralegal at a real estate law firm. Prior to joining Hera Law, Kiani worked at a family law firm in Cambridge, where she was actively involved in multi-day trials, discovery, exhibit preparation, and drafting legal documents, honing her skills in complex family law matters.

 Kiani grew up in a single-parent household, which has deeply informed her understanding of the emotional and practical challenges that separations can impose on families. Her personal experiences allow her to approach family law cases with compassion and sensitivity, striving to explain complex legal processes to clients in a clear and supportive manner. Kiani is dedicated to guiding her clients through difficult times with empathy and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for both parents and children.
