Collaborative Law is a distinctive practice that gives couples and families an avenue to settle family law matters outside of court. They then meet regularly to negotiate and work toward a separation agreement. The process is entirely tailored to the needs of both parties and completely confidential. This alleviates the stress and combative atmosphere of litigation in a conventional divorce. Both parties aim to reach an agreement that is fair to everyone. This includes any minor children. The attorneys then submit that agreement to the court for approval.
