Madison Boucher is an Associate Attorney with Hera Law Group, where she provides compassionate and strategic representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and restraining orders. Before joining Hera Law Group, Madison served as an Associate Attorney at Assalone Lombardi LLC, where she handled high‑conflict custody cases, complex divorce matters, and domestic‑violence–related issues. Her work strengthened her courtroom advocacy and deepened her commitment to trauma‑informed, client‑centered representation.

Madison earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she held leadership roles in the Legal Association of Women and the Legal Association Against Sexual Exploitation and was an active member of OUTLaw. She is passionate about advocating for LGBTQIA+ individuals and families. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking with her dogs and spending time with her partner and friends.
